Kick/Ban Rules and  Channel Policy 

 

#RadioRomance  Channel Policy

1. If you are an OP  or has an access and do not join the channel  (or put a psy/bot) while you are in IRC then it will be remove for non support. Also if you are an OP and guilty of  channel invites/advertising your access will be removed w/o warning.

Action: Remove Access 


2. You cannot kick/ban/deOP the bots or else your access will be removed. 
note: except if the bots are acting weird like banning or flooding etc

Action: Remove Access 


3. Channel invites in PM, NOTICE,  and in the Channel are not allowed.

Action: Auto Ban


4. An op is given access to help guard the channel from flooders or help enforce the channel rules, therefore an op is expected to be in the channel whenever he/she joins IRC, failure to do so may result in the removal of access without any warning.
Action: Remove Access 


5. Do not change channel mode +nt 

Action: Warning then Remove Access if done the 2nd time 

 

6. Business Advertising is allowed once every 15 min (ops are exempted to this rule)

Action: Warn the chatter in PM, if keep advertising shorter then 15mins then Ban


7. Do not use your access to kick/ban for personal reasons, you only use it to enforce channel rules.

note:  Unless if the chatter is harassing, annoying and/or insulting anyone continuously, give 2 warnings, and if he continues then ban but provide a log file as an evidence.

Action: Warning, if persist then Ban

 

8. You cannot add/remove/edit any access without consent from 100% of the Access Admins and/or consent from the chan manager, if breached, your access will be removed or lowered to 100. 

Action: Remove Access 

 

9. When you kick or ban a chatter please include a REASON!

Action: Warning

 

 

10. Friendster email advertising is okay. 
Action: If the Op kick or ban chatter, then he/she will be warned. Next Suspend, Final Remove Access.

 

11. /ame and /amsg are allowed

Action: If the Op kick or ban chatter, then he/she will be warned. Next Suspend, Final Remove Access.

 

12. Pasting of phone numbers are allowed.

Action: If the Op kick or ban chatter, then he/she will be warned. Next Suspend, Final Remove Access.

 

note: If the op was abusive or kicking/banning chatters without any valid reason then remusing or suspending the account is allowed, but You must show log file as your proof.


#RadioRomance Kick and Ban Rules

 

BAN  any Trivia Bots or any game Bots (except approved by Admins and/or chan manager)

 

BAN  Channel invites in PM, NOTICE,  and in the Channel.

 

BAN  Auto send virus via DCC and Spams

 

BAN  Offensive nicks such as FUCK_ME


BAN  CTCP flood, TEXT flood, Nick Change flood, Join flood, and notice flood.

 

Note: If chatter is  Swearing or Harassing other chatters or ops WARN him first, Kick if he keeps doing it. BAN after 3 warnings. If chatter is typing in CAPS WARN him  first, then Kick if he keeps doing it, BAN after 3 warnings.

 

 

Warning: All kick/bans are recorded 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
